It might be easier to tell you what body areas can’t be treated with liposuction, but we’ll give it a try. Liposuction can be used to remove excess fat in the:
- Chin
- Neck
- Upper back
- Bra rolls
- Chest
- Gynecomastia (male breasts)
- Armpit
- Upper arm
- Flank, love handles, or muffin top
- Lower back
- Buttocks
- Belly, gut, or spare tire (whatever you like to call it)
- Mons pubis
- Thighs
- Knees
- Calves, ankles, or, if you prefer, “cankles”
Obviously, some of these treatment areas are much more requested than others, but in general liposuction can be used to treat all these areas to get rid of those stubborn fat deposits that just don’t seem to go away even after you reach your goal weight.
If you have any of the problem areas above (or maybe one we missed), please contact Marietta Plastic Surgery and schedule a consultation at either of our Atlanta, Georgia locations to learn how liposuction can help you achieve the svelte body you desire.
